Hey team, a quick question, how can I make some other admin the super admin and get myself off from the hexnode portal?

I guess there is a specific tab in the portal to achieve this. There you can make someone the super admin. But I’m not sure whether you can get yourself off from the portal on your own.

Hello @abel-j ,
To transfer administrative control and relinquish your access, you must first promote another technician to the Super Admin role.
Please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Technicians and Roles.
- Locate the Admin technician you wish to promote, click the more icon next to their name, and select Upgrade to Super Admin.
- Once you confirm the promotion, the admin will become the Super Admin, and your account will be automatically downgraded to a standard Admin role.
- The new Super Admin can then log in and remove your account by selecting the Delete Technician option from the horizontal three-dot icon next to your name.
If you simply need to restrict your own access rather than deleting the account, the new Super Admin can assign you a Custom Role with limited permissions.
