Is there a way to generate a report that shows only geofence-related location data? I want to track whether devices are inside or outside the geofence locations that I configured.

You can view device location information from the Hexnode portal by navigating to Reports > Location > Location History. From there, you can export the report in CSV or PDF format to review the location data collected from devices.

already checked that report. However, it includes both regular location tracking data and geofence-related locations together. Because of this, I cannot clearly determine whether the device is inside or outside the geofence location that I configured.

What I want is a way to know if the phone is inside or outside the geofence that I created.

In this case, you can also review the Non-compliant Devices report. When a Geofence policy is configured and applied to devices, any device that moves outside the defined geofence area is automatically marked as non-compliant.

You can view such devices by navigating to Reports > Non-compliant Devices in the portal.

How do I check that?

First, confirm that a Geofence policy has been created and applied to the device. Once the policy is active, if the device moves outside the configured geofence boundary, the device status will be marked as non-compliant.

You can then review these devices from Reports > Non-compliant Devices.

Yes, but what I want is to know if my phone is inside the geofence area that I set up and track when the device enters or leaves that geofence. Is there a way to generate a report that shows whether the phone is inside or outside the geofence, along with the time it entered or exited?

Currently, Hexnode reports provide device location data through location tracking, but they do not generate a dedicated report that explicitly logs geofence entry and exit events with timestamps.

As a workaround, you can export the Location History report and use tools such as Excel to filter and analyze the location coordinates. This can help you approximate whether the device was within the coordinates corresponding to your configured geofence.
