Hi guys, we’ve had a couple of incidents where junior technicians accidentally ran actions on multiple devices at once. It caused a lot of disruptions. Is there any way to stop them from performing bulk actions in Hexnode UEM?

I’d like to know this too. In our company, the support team handles specific tickets, and I don’t want them accidentally affecting the broader fleet when they’re just supposed to fix one device.
Thank you for reaching out!
Hexnode UEM does provide a way to disable bulk actions. When you configure a custom technician role, you’ll see an option under Actions called “Execute actions on multiple devices”.
If this option is disabled for a custom role, technicians assigned to that role cannot perform actions on more than one device at a time. While this option is disabled, selecting multiple devices in the Manage tab will cause the Actions button to appear greyed out. However, these technicians can still perform actions on a single device by selecting it from the list or by clicking on the device name to use the Actions menu on its device details page.
You can enforce this option either by creating a new custom role or by modifying an existing role under Admin > Technicians and Roles.
