No, Hexnode doesn’t currently provide a dedicated “Take screenshot” action for Android devices. However, screenshots can be captured while the device is in a Remote Control session, as the admin can interact with the device screen in real-time.

If we initiate Remote Control or Remote View, will the user be notified? The device is enrolled under Android Enterprise Device Owner.

On devices enrolled as Android Enterprise Device Owner, Remote Control and Remote View can be initiated without user confirmation, provided that the Hexnode Assist app has the required permissions, and an Unattended Remote Access policy is applied to the device.
