- Tags & Notes: Organize incidents with custom tags and keep vital context at your fingertips with dedicated notes.
- Custom Fields: Add and manage fields like text, dates, or checkboxes, and reorder them effortlessly with drag-and-drop, tailoring forms to your workflow.
- Enhanced Collaboration: Comments now support @mentions and 1st-level replies, while real-time sidebar updates ensure your Incident Story and statuses reflect changes instantly.
- Session Persistence: Refresh your browser without losing your place, and return directly to the incident you were viewing.
