Hey all, the Web apps two of my Samsung and Sony devices seem to not work in Kiosk mode at all. The login to the websites is not working in Hexnode Browser Lite. Other devices work perfectly fine too.
Web apps are not working in Kiosk modeSolved

@carter , is it an issue with internet connectivity or something?
@clauss , I tried with both mobile data as well as Wi-Fi, all to no avail. Other devices which are in Kiosk do not have any problems at all! And when I remove the kiosk, the websites are inaccessible altogether.
@carter , There might be outdated site data remaining in the Hexnode Kiosk browser, hindering the correct loading of your website. Please clear the browser cache under the settings of your browser. If that does not seem to work, please try loading the websites in other browsers or in incognito mode to see if it is a site-specific issue.

Elle Reed,
Hexnode UEM.
@elle_reed , I cleared the browser cache for the Hexnode Browser, but still no luck. I also resorted to loading the websites in Brave browser in the same devices (I have configured a few restrictions in Chrome browser using App Configurations policy, so can’t use that) and it loaded in Brave perfectly as it should.
@carter , the Hexnode Browser Lite is a Chromium-based browser, working similarly to Google Chrome browser, hence restrictions imposed on Chrome through App Configurations might also hinder the functionalities of the Hexnode Browser as well. Please try removing the App configurations for Chrome. Since the device will be in Kiosk mode, it will not pose any security risks of unwanted browsing from users.
@elle_reed Once I removed the Chrome configurations, the web app loaded without any error. Thanks!
