Hi guys, I’m trying to apply the Hexnode Access policy on a few Macs in our organization, but it keeps failing. I feel like I’m missing something obvious here. Any ideas what might be causing it?

I’m not sure, but the last time we had this happen, FileVault was the issue. The policy failed because FileVault encryption settings conflicted with the Hexnode Access policy.
FileVault, really? I didn’t think that would be the issue.
Yeah, it seems like the Hexnode Access policy includes disk encryption settings, and if FileVault is already enabled on the devices, it can cause conflicts.
Thanks for the input, everyone.
@jayceon, just to confirm, is FileVault already enabled on the device end (either manually or via another policy)?

Yes, FileVault is already enabled on the devices.
Got it. In that case, please try creating a copy of your Hexnode Access policy and uncheck the FileVault enforcement setting. Afterward, try applying this modified policy to the devices and see if it applies successfully.
Let us know how it goes!
