Hey, I tried enrolling one of my macOS devices into Hexnode using the portal URL, but I got this error: “Profile-driven enrollment is currently blocked by your organization. Please contact your IT admin for further assistance.”
Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Any guidance would be appreciated.

This error appears because the Enrollment Ownership settings in your Hexnode UEM portal are blocking profile-driven enrollment. You can fix this by following these steps in your Hexnode UEM console:
After enabling it, try enrolling the device again – the issue should be resolved.
