SentinelOne – Failed to apply the action to the device.

Hey,

I was trying to install the SentinelOne application on a couple of Mac devices via Hexnode, but the policy association gives me the following error: “Failed to apply the action to the device. In the payload (UUID: 1cc7aaa2-e750-4d56-879c-39a9ca4c806b), the key ‘CodeRequirement’ has an invalid value.” Can someone please help me out?

    Hi @Agneta
    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This error usually appears when there is an issue with the code requirement in Privacy Preferences Policy Control profile which is used to give Full Disk Access to the required components of SentinelOne. Reviewing the profile and fixing any errors, such as typos, and re-deploying the profile should remediate this error. For more insight visit this link.
