Unable to integrate Google Workspace with Hexnode UEMSolved

To begin with, could you please confirm whether the required OAuth scopes were configured correctly while setting up the Google Workspace integration in the Hexnode UEM portal? Incorrect or missing OAuth scopes can cause the authorization to fail.

I’m not sure if the OAuth scopes were configured correctly in the Hexnode UEM portal. 

In this case, please ensure that the Hexnode API client is authorized in your Google Admin console. You can do this by following the steps below: 

1. Sign in to Google Admin Console. 
2. Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls. 
3. Select Manage Domain Wide Delegation. 
4. Click Add new. 
5. Enter the Client ID generated in the Google Cloud console. 
6. In the OAuth scopes field, paste the required scopes provided by Hexnode help docs: 
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user – To sync individual users. 
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.group – To sync user groups. 
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.domain – To fetch the domain. 
7. Click AUTHORIZE.

 

Once that is completed, return to the Hexnode UEM portal and retry the Google Workspace integration.
