Hey, Thanks for reaching out.

We do support two factor authentication for the login of technicians to the portal.
Please navigate to Admin->Technician and Roles and click the ‘Add Technician’ option. The options to be configured while creating a new technician will now be displayed. Check the ‘Enable two-step verification’ option to enable the two step verification during the technician login.
You can also edit the options configured for an already created technician. Navigate to the Admin->Technician and Roles. Select the technician and click on the edit icon at the end of the row to modify the options. Click Save after the desired changes are made.
