Guys any idea on the ports that need to be kept open for the smooth functioning of remote view?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
You would need to keep the following ports open to enable the Remote View feature.
Port 80: The default application port used during the installation of Hexnode MDM
Port 443:Used for secured and encrypted connection between mobile devices and Hexnode MDM
Port 3478:TCP and UDP
Port 5349:TCP
