Hey everyone, does Hexnode support Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) enrollment using Autopilot? I’d like to confirm before proceeding with this setup for our Windows devices.

Yes, it does. We have implemented this in our environment multiple times without issues.

Hi @amelia,
To set up Windows Out-of-Box Experience using Windows Autopilot in Hexnode, follow the steps provided below:
- Configure Microsoft Entra ID integration in Hexnode
- Add the Hexnode UEM application to Microsoft Entra ID
- Extract the device Hardware IDs (also known as Hardware Hash)
- Import the Hardware IDs into Microsoft Intune
- Assign users to the registered devices
- Create and assign an Autopilot deployment profile
Once these steps are completed, devices can go through OOBE and enroll automatically based on the assigned configuration. For more information, refer to the help documentation on Provisioning Windows devices with Windows Autopilot.
