Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The lost mode can be enabled only on supervised iOS 9.3+ devices. To know whether your iOS device is supervised, please navigate to the Manage tab and click on the desired device. You will be directed to the device summary page. Beneath the ‘Hardware Info’, will be listed if the device is supervised or not.

Cheers!

Saw in your release notes about the lost mode feature in windows. A few of my windows devices are in kiosk mode (multi-app). If the need arises, will I be able to activate lost mode on those devices too?

Hello Chester and Arnold,

@arnold You can enable lost mode from the Hexnode portal just like how you do it for iOS devices. @chester Devices that are in multi-app kiosk mode can also be put in lost mode. You should add the Hexnode Launcher app to the kiosk before putting such devices in lost mode. You can find more details about this in our help doc on enabling lost mode for Windows 10.

Cheers
