Thank you for reaching out. Since you mentioned both a free trial and taking courses, could you let us know if you are referring to the Hexnode UEM Free Trial or Hexnode Academy?
To answer your question directly: yes, a valid work email ID is required to register for both. Additionally, please note that taking courses on Hexnode Academy also requires you to have active Hexnode portal access.
