Setup location tracking on windows laptop

On a windows Laptop im trying to setup location tracking. I have setup the windows machine with Hexnode in Workspace but not showing location. just asking what i should check.Works fine with all other windows devices. Thanks

    Hi, Monte.

    Could you check the Windows version on the laptop? If it’s Windows Home edition, you won’t be able to track its location. Since it’s designed for Home use, Microsoft has disabled location tracking. You might have to get a Pro or Enterprise edition to enable location tracking.
