hi guys, just setting up an ipad to use on our reception – have done all the bits to install the mdm, nothing happens on the device end when associating this policy-have also set up single app in kiosk lockdown -Looked on the device and under actions there’s no option to enable/disable kiosk mode…

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

In case of iOS devices, kiosk mode will be effective on a device only if it is Supervised. To find if the device is Supervised, navigate to the Manage tab and click on the desired device. You will be directed to the Device Summary page. Under ‘Hardware Info’, you will be able to find if the device is supervised or not.
