I was trying to sync my iPhone with itunes on my pc, and I got hit with “Error 50.”
It basically stops the whole sync process, and now I can’t access my iTunes library or transfer anything.
Has anyone else run into this? Not sure if it’s an issue with the iphone, iTunes, or something else.

Yeah, I’ve seen that one pop up. Error 50 usually means iTunes is having trouble connecting to Apple’s servers.
So, syncing, purchases, or library access just doesn’t work. There are a few possible causes.

Start with the basics. Check your Usb cable and ports. A loose connection or a damaged cable can cause sync issues with iTunes.
Unplug and reconnect both ends and inspect the ports for dust or debris. If you have a spare cable or a different Usb port, try using that instead.
Also, check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking iTunes. Temporarily disabling them might help, but make sure to re-enable them once you’re done testing.

Another big one: update iTunes. If you’re running an older version, that can definitely trigger errors like this.
Also, try restarting both your iPhone and your computer. It’s a simple fix, but it can help clear out temporary glitches that might be interfering with USB or network connections.
