Is there a way in Hexnode UEM to pull a report on battery levels? We’ve had a bunch of tablets turning up dead in the morning, so just trying to see if there’s a pattern or something we’re missing.
Is there a way to track low battery levels across devices?Solved

Hi @sloane!
You can create a custom report based on battery percentage in Hexnode UEM. Here’s how you can set it up:
-
Login to your Hexnode UEM portal.
-
Navigate to Reports > Custom Reports > Create Custom Report.
-
Click Add.
-
Choose report type as Device.
-
Enter a Report Name and Description.
-
Apply Condition Filter. For example; Battery level Less than 20.
-
Choose attributes from the Available Columns section. Make sure you include Battery Level.
-
Finally, Save the report.
This report will help you identify devices that are consistently dropping below 20% battery.
If you have any further queries, feel free to reach out to us.

We rely on that a lot. You start noticing patterns after a while, like certain devices consistently dropping way lower than the rest overnight. Makes it easier to narrow down which ones need attention.
Ah okay, that’s helpful. Was also wondering — is there any way to see charging status? Like if a device stopped charging at some point during the night or got unplugged?
No @sloane. That level of detail isn’t available at the moment. Hexnode UEM doesn’t track charging state changes or events like when charging stops.
