Hi everyone. Is there a way to find out exactly which technician modified a policy in Hexnode? I can see that a policy was changed recently, but I need to know the specific user who made the edit. I am also looking for a way to track who has been making changes to our device groups. Where can I find this information?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Hexnode Connect!

You can track these changes in two specific areas of the console, depending on the level of detail you need. To quickly see the most recent edit to a policy, simply navigate to the Policies tab and check the Last Modified By column. This instantly shows the name of the technician who made the latest change and the time it occurred.

However, because that column only shows the single most recent edit, you will need a different tool for a complete historical record or to track device group modifications. For full visibility, navigate to Reports > Audit > Audit History. This section records all console activity, allowing you to filter by specific timeframes, technicians, or actions to pinpoint exactly who made changes to your policies or device groups over time.
