Hello @douglas ,
For supervised iOS/iPadOS devices, Hexnode UEM can enforce automatic date and time settings, but iOS does not provide an MDM option to push a fixed, specific time zone manually.
If only one device is showing the wrong time zone while others under the same policy are working correctly, the issue is likely with that device not refreshing its location/time settings or not applying the latest policy state properly.
In that case, try refreshing both the device-side location state and the policy association:
- On the affected iPad, open Settings and turn Location Services off, then turn it back on.
- In Hexnode UEM, go to Manage > Devices and select the affected device.
- Open the Policies tab and select the policy assigned to the device.
- Click Manage > Modify, then save the policy without making changes. This re-pushes the policy to the device.
- Check the Action History for the device and confirm that the policy re-association shows Success.
- Restart the iPad and check whether the correct time zone is reflected.
This should refresh the enforced automatic date/time configuration and allow iOS to recalculate the time zone using Location Services.
