I’m trying to add a second admin user to our Hexnode portal, but I don’t see an Administrators option or something similar. Where is the correct place to add another admin or technician?

Hello @lila_ace ,
To add another admin or technician in Hexnode UEM, go to Admin > Technician and Roles from the left panel.
From there:
- Click Add Technician.
- Enter the technician details.
- Assign the required role or permissions.
- Save the changes.
If you are trying to provide admin-level access, make sure the selected role includes the required administrative permissions.
