With this highly anticipated feature, your device and console alerts are getting a massive upgrade in speed and flexibility. We are giving you the power to push real-time, event-driven notifications exactly where your team already collaborates.

To give you a clear picture of the platforms supported, we have introduced three dedicated webhook options:

• Microsoft Teams: Route alerts directly into your active Teams channels.
• Slack: Push notifications straight to your team’s Slack workspaces.
• Custom Webhooks: Connect Hexnode UEM to your preferred ITSM platforms, SIEM tools, or any custom server endpoint that accepts JSON payloads.

By simply linking your newly created webhooks to your Alert Profiles, you have complete control over what events trigger a notification. Here is a glimpse of the real-time updates you can automate:
