Technicians have long been able to run remote sessions for multiple devices on Hexnode UEM—just not simultaneously at the same place. Each remote session of a device required opening the portal in a new browser tab, meaning constant switching to keep track of everything.
That changes with the Multiple Remote Session remote action. Instead of juggling tabs, technicians can now launch a single remote action that pulls up and displays the remote sessions of multiple selected devices together, side by side, and from a single screen — all running simultaneously.
How it Works

Go to the Manage tab.

Select the devices you want to connect to.

From the Actions dropdown, choose Multiple Remote Session.

Each selected device’s remote session opens in its own window, displayed together for easy monitoring and control.
