This week, we bring you a new feature, ‘Hexnode App Logs’ for Android devices. Latest among the Hexnode’s remote actions!
Our brand-new functionality now makes it easier for the administrators to retrieve app logs for Hexnode UEM/Hexnode for Work app from the devices right away. You may either request app logs directly from the portal or ask the user to share them from the device manually.
On top of it, to facilitate a trouble-free device diagnosis, you may also configure the logging level or log retention period from the Policies or Admin tab.
