Hi,

If you have Samsung SAFE devices, you can force always ON the Location services

1. Go to Policies
2. Create a new policy or edit an existing policy
3. Under Android Settings Select Restrictions on the left pane
4. Scroll down to Location Detection Policies and check Force GPS Locations

On other Android devices and iOS devices, you need to make sure they are enabled first and then you can use Kiosk mode to lock down the devices so that users can’t turn it off. Check out the help guides for Android and iOS Kiosk mode. Let us know if you need any assistance.
