Hi everyone. I am looking for a way to export a user report from Hexnode that includes the User ID for each person. Right now, the only way I can find this ID is by navigating to Manage > Users, clicking on an individual user, and copying the ID directly from the browser’s address bar. Doing this manually for dozens of accounts during troubleshooting is incredibly tedious. Is there a way to add this column to the standard portal export to get these IDs in bulk?

Thanks for reaching out to Hexnode Connect.
Currently, the built-in reporting features in the Hexnode portal do not support adding the User ID as a separate column in your standard user report exports.
If you need to retrieve these User IDs in bulk for troubleshooting, the efficient workaround is to utilize the Hexnode API. By using the API to fetch your complete user list, the system will return a response that includes the unique Hexnode IDs associated with every user. You can then easily parse this data or convert it into a CSV on your end without having to manually click through each profile in the console.
