Hi, we are looking into purchasing the Pro MDM Essentials plan. Can we distribute custom iOS Enterprise apps to BYOD enrolled devices on this tier?
Also, is there a minimum license limit for devices? I only have 10 iOS devices ready for enrollment right now, but another team member mentioned there might be a 15-device limit. Can you clarify?

To answer your first question: Yes, you can absolutely deploy in-house Enterprise apps to iOS devices under the Pro plan!
For unsupervised devices and devices enrolled via User enrollment, the enterprise app will push to the device, but the user will receive a prompt asking for permission to install it. Conversely, on corporate-owned, supervised devices, enterprise apps will install silently without any user prompts. Regarding your second question about license limits: While there are no limits on the number of apps you can deploy, your team member was correct about the subscription minimum. To spin up and maintain a Hexnode UEM portal, there is a minimum purchase requirement of 15 device licenses, regardless of the pricing tier you choose.
Even if you only have 10 devices ready to enroll right now, you will need to purchase the 15-device baseline. This leaves you with 5 open licenses ready to go as your team expands!
