Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, you can. Please navigate to Android->Advanced Restrictions->Allow app settings. To deny run time permissions, select the ‘Deny Permissions’ option from the drop-down list next to the ‘App Runtime Permissions’ option.
This is supported only on devices enrolled under Android Enterprise.
