I have a group of Android tablets that were enrolled using passwordless enrollment. During testing, they all got assigned to a default test user. Now I need to move each tablet to the actual user, but I couldn’t find where to reassign the device owner/user after enrollment. Is there a way to change the assigned user without re-enrolling the tablets?

Hi @jayceon,
You can reassign the user for an enrolled Android device without re-enrolling it by using the Change Owner action.
Steps:
- Go to Manage, and select the Android tablet.
- Open Actions, and go to Edit > Change Owner.
- Select the required domain, and choose the new user.
- Click Assign.
Once assigned, the device will be associated with the selected user in the Hexnode portal.
