Hexnode cannot automatically retrieve, export, intercept, or log Android call histories or SMS conversations from managed devices.
This limitation is due to Android’s native privacy and sandboxing restrictions. Call logs and SMS data are treated as sensitive personal information, and standard UEM/MDM solutions are not permitted to bypass those OS-level restrictions to extract or sync this data to an external system such as a CRM.
Hexnode can manage Android devices for enterprise security, policy enforcement, app deployment, kiosk configuration, and remote troubleshooting, but it does not provide a mechanism to capture call/SMS logs or SMS content.
For manual spot checks, Hexnode’s Unattended Access with Remote View can be used to view the device screen remotely if it is configured on the device. However, this is only a manual verification method and not an automated call/SMS log export feature.
