This behaviour is not expected. We would like to confirm a few things from your side. First, let’s rule out the most likely cause. Could you check if all your devices are supervised and running iOS 10.3 or later, which is required for the restart action to work?
If that is not the issue, could you let us know whether the remote action works when executed individually on the devices?
Regarding your automation, could you confirm if it is configured as follows:
- Action: Restart Device
- Settings and Schedule: Repeat at a set schedule
- Included Group: One group containing 30 iPads
- Are there any excluded groups?
This will help us understand your setup and investigate why the other devices are not rebooting.
