I’m a Super Admin and need to remove a technician from our Hexnode UEM portal. I went to the Technicians and Roles page and can see the technician listed, but I don’t see a clear delete button beside the name. Where is the option to delete the technician?

Hi @rob_mitch ,
To delete a technician, use the row action menu on the Technicians and Roles page:
- Go to Admin > Technicians and Roles.
- Find the technician you want to remove.
- Click the three vertical dots (⋮) on the far right side of that technician’s row.
- Select Delete Technician from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
After confirmation, the technician is removed from the portal and loses access to the account.
