I have an iPhone showing under Apple Automated Device Enrollment in Hexnode, but I couldn’t remember what to do next. Where do I assign a policy to it after enrollment? I also didn’t immediately see the Hexnode app on the iPhone, so I wasn’t sure if I had missed a step.

Once the iPhone is enrolled through ADE, it should appear in the Hexnode portal under Manage > Devices.
To assign a policy:
1. Go to Manage.
2. Open Devices.
3. Select the enrolled iPhone.
4. Go to the Policies sub-tab.
5. Associate the required policy with the device.
The Automatic Enrollment section is mainly used for configuring and assigning ADE enrollment settings. Policy association for an already enrolled device is handled from the device details page under Manage > Devices.
If the Hexnode app is not visible immediately, first confirm that the device appears as enrolled in Manage > Devices. Enrollment can complete before an app icon appears. If you need an app installed on the device, make sure the app is deployed through an associated policy or app deployment configuration.
