Change Hexnode report and notification timestamps to local time zoneSolved

We received an automated Hexnode notification email and the timestamp shown in it did not match our local time zone. Is there a way to make Hexnode reports and notification timestamps show in Pacific Time instead of the default time shown in the portal/email?

Yes. You can configure the time zone used for Hexnode reports from the portal settings.

To change the report time zone:

1. Log in to the Hexnode portal.
2. Go to **Admin** > **General Settings**.
3. Scroll to **Time zone settings for the Reports**.
4. Open the **Select your Time zone** drop-down.
5. Choose the required local time zone, such as **Pacific Time** or **America/Los_Angeles**.
6. Click **Save**.

After saving the change, newly generated reports will display timestamps based on the selected time zone.

Does this only affect scheduled reports, or will it also change the time shown in notification emails?

The setting is primarily for report timestamp formatting in the portal and generated reports. If the concern is the time shown in automated alert emails, make sure the portal/report time zone is set correctly first, since that is the relevant setting available from the admin console for aligning report-related timestamps with your local time zone.
