I’m checking whether Hexnode can show live resource usage for enrolled devices, especially current CPU or RAM usage as a percentage.
In the device details page, I can see information like total RAM and storage, but I don’t see a current “RAM in use” percentage. This would be useful for monitoring devices across remote branches where there is no on-site IT staff.
Is this available somewhere in the portal, or is it supported only on certain platforms?

Hexnode UEM currently does not provide real-time percentage-based CPU or RAM utilization tracking for enrolled devices.
You can view available device resource and hardware details from: Manage > select the device > Device Summary.
Depending on the platform and available device data, this page may show details such as total RAM, available RAM, storage information, battery health, and general device inventory details. However, Hexnode does not currently display live CPU usage percentage, live RAM usage percentage, or real-time utilization graphs for these metrics.
