I enabled Lost Mode on an iPhone managed in Hexnode and now need to turn it off. I went to the device page and opened the Actions menu, but I only see Enable Lost Mode. I don’t see Disable Lost Mode anywhere. Is there another place to turn it off?

Hi @vance_j,
In some views, the Disable Lost Mode action may appear lower in the Actions list and might not be visible immediately. Try scrolling inside the Actions menu, or use the search bar in the Actions menu and search for Disable Lost Mode directly.
If Lost Mode is active on the device, the disable option should be available there. Once triggered, keep the iPhone connected to the internet so it can receive the command.
