I am looking for a way to control the messaging app on iOS devices for my organization. Specifically, I want to prevent users from deleting messages, and I would like to be able to monitor the messages to ensure compliance with company policies. Is there a way to do this, or is there any feature that we can expect in the future to control the messaging app?

I’m sorry to inform you that Apple does not provide a way to control the iMessage app in the way that you are describing. While some MDM controls, such as disabling iMessage or its notifications, are available with Hexnode, they may not fully meet your needs. Considering the strong emphasis on user privacy and security in the industry, it’s unlikely that advanced monitoring or control features for messaging apps will be introduced.
