I’m enrolling tablets and the enrollment flow is using the Default user. I need to update the email address attached to that Default user, but I’m not sure where it can be edited in the portal. Is this something that can be changed from the user settings?

Hello @noor_k ,
Yes, the email address associated with the Default user can be edited from the Users section in the Hexnode UEM portal.
Go to Manage > Users, then follow these steps:
- Search for the Default user.
- Open the Default user profile.
- Click Actions.
- Select Edit > Edit user.
- Update the email address.
- Save the changes.
This updates the email address stored for the Default user used during enrollment.
