Hi @haniel,
The combination of an app compatibility message and an invalid server certificate warning usually points to a network-side issue rather than an actual device model or iPadOS compatibility problem.
If the same app installs successfully on other iPads with a similar OS version, try the following checks:
- Test the app installation on one affected iPad using a different internet connection, such as another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.
- If it works on another network, review the original network for SSL inspection, proxy filtering, captive portal behavior, firewall filtering, or security tools that may be intercepting App Store or app download traffic.
- Make sure the device can securely reach the required Apple/App Store endpoints without certificate substitution or HTTPS inspection.
- After correcting the network behavior, retry the app installation from Hexnode.
Since the App Store is blocked by policy, manual installation may not be possible unless the restriction is temporarily relaxed for testing. In that case, testing from a different network is the better first step.
Best regards,
Isabel Lora
