I tried to enroll iPad using AC2. But now stuck as i’m receiving this error- A cloud configuration is already present on this device
Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
The error message generally appears during device activation.
To solve this:
- Confirm that Find my iPhone/iPad is not turned on.
- On your device, navigate to Settings-> Tap your name-> iCloud and turn off the Find My iPhone button if it is turned on.
- Connect the device to the Apple Configurator.
- Right-click the device and select Restore.
