The missing apps compliance status can remain outdated if the app inventory on the device has not been refreshed recently. Even if the app appears under Installed Apps, the compliance status may update only after the next app scan.
To refresh it immediately:
- Go to Manage, and open the affected device.
- Click Actions, and search for and run Scan for apps.
- After the scan completes successfully, check the compliance status again.
The status should update based on the latest app inventory collected from the device.
