To remove inactive devices from the Hexnode portal, first initiate disenrollment for those devices and then manually mark them as disenrolled if they cannot check in to complete the action.
Steps:
- Go to Manage.
- Select the inactive devices.
- Click the Actions drop-down menu.
- Choose Disenroll Device.
- After the disenroll action is created, go to Reports.
- Open Disenrollment Pending Devices.
- Select the same devices.
- Click Mark as Disenrolled.
Once the devices are marked as disenrolled, they can be removed from the portal.
