Hi everyone. Is it possible for an Admin or Super Admin to monitor CPU usage and battery usage for iPad mini devices enrolled in Hexnode? I’m currently checking this for our iOS tablets and want to know where exactly these details can be viewed in the portal. Does having Super Admin privileges grant any extra visibility into system performance like CPU?

For iOS and iPadOS devices such as the iPad mini, Hexnode can successfully report battery-related details, including the current device battery level. You can view this information by navigating to Reports > Built-in Reports > Device Reports > All Devices.
However, CPU usage monitoring is not available for iOS devices. Apple strictly restricts access to CPU usage information at the OS level due to their sandboxing and privacy limitations. Because of this, MDM solutions simply cannot retrieve or display CPU utilization for managed iPhones or iPads.
To address your second point, your administrative role in the portal does not bypass these OS-level restrictions. Even as a Super Admin, you can only access the device inventory and telemetry data that Apple explicitly exposes for MDM management, which unfortunately does not include CPU usage.
