I’m setting up an Android device with the Hexnode UEM app and noticed that notification permission is not enabled for the app. I want to enable it so the device shows notifications from Hexnode properly. What is the correct place to turn this on?

To enable notifications for the Hexnode UEM app on an Android device, turn on the notification permission from the device settings. Steps:
- Open the Hexnode UEM app on the device.
- If the app shows a Settings or Permissions prompt, tap it and follow the on-screen instruction.
- Alternatively, go to Settings > Apps.
- . Select Hexnode UEM.
- Open Notifications or Device & app notifications.
- Enable the notification toggle for Hexnode UEM.
After enabling it, you can verify the permission status from the device details in the Hexnode portal, under the device’s Security tab.
