We are cleaning up some demo devices before moving into a real deployment. A few devices can no longer be located and are not communicating with mdm anymore. they appear to be in a Disenrollment Initiated state, but I still need to remove them from the hexnode portal. What is the correct way to mark these devices as removed?

Hi @desmond,

When devices are no longer reachable and cannot complete the disenrollment process by communicating back with the server, you can manually force the cleanup from the reports section rather than the standard device list.

Here are the steps to clear them out:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Device > Disenrollment Pending Devices.
  2. Select the offline devices you want to remove.
  3. Click Actions > Mark as Disenrolled.

Once you perform this action, the portal will treat those selected devices as fully disenrolled and remove them from the pending state.

Please let us know if you need help with any other cleanup tasks before your production deployment begins!
