If the devices have checked in recently and the Compliance section shows a missing app count, the non-compliance is likely caused by one or more required apps not being detected on the devices.
To resolve this:
- On the Hexnode UEM portal, go to Manage > Devices.
- Open an affected iOS device.
- In the Device Summary page, check the Compliance section.
- Click the missing app count to view the compliance reason.
- Use the Install Missing Apps option to deploy the required apps again.
- After that, return to Manage > Devices and select the affected non-compliant devices.
- Go to Actions > Scanning and Monitoring > Scan for Apps.
- Wait for the app inventory to update and then recheck the compliance status.
The device should return to compliant once the required apps are installed and Hexnode receives the updated app scan result.
