Hi, we have a fleet of Android devices installed at client locations for kiosk monitoring. We use remote screen viewing regularly for support.
Issue is, every time the device restarts, the screen capture permission gets disabled automatically. After reboot, someone has to physically tap “Start now” again before remote view works. This is becoming a major problem because many of these devices are in unmanned locations. How can I manage this?

Same behavior here with Hexnode Remote View. Device owner mode alone didn’t fix it for us. After every reboot, remote session fails until somebody locally approves screen sharing again. Would like to know if unattended access is officially supported.
If you are using Hexnode’s Remote View feature, you can avoid repeated approval prompts by enabling the Unattended Remote Access Management policy.
This configuration allows remote sessions to start without manual confirmation on supported Android devices and is intended to persist even after device reboot. You can configure it from: Android > Policies > Troubleshooting > Remote Access Management.
