Hello,

I was trying to find some documentation for Microsoft Entra ID integration, but I couldn’t find the exact info I was looking for.

but I would need the equivalent process using Microsoft Entra ID instead of Google Workspace / G Suite. We migrated our entire company from Google Workspace to Microsoft accounts recently, and since then we have no longer been able to enroll new devices using Android Enterprise.

Hi @am !

You can refer to the official documentation for integrating Microsoft Entra ID with Hexnode UEM here:

If Android Enterprise was previously configured using Google Workspace, the enterprise binding would remain associated with that environment. In such cases, organizations generally need to disenroll the existing devices and re-enroll them after configuring Android Enterprise with Microsoft Entra ID.

Also, Hexnode now offers Hexnode IDP and Hexnode XDR capabilities, which can help organizations manage identity and endpoint security within a single ecosystem if you are considering consolidating management further.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Best Regards,

Yeah, we had almost the same issue after moving away from Google Workspace. Existing devices were fine for a while, but new Android Enterprise enrollments stopped working completely.

We ended up setting up Android Enterprise again with Microsoft accounts and then re-enrolled devices batch by batch.

Thank you, that clears it up.

I just wanted to confirm that we’ll be able to disenroll all devices from the previously managed G Suite account and enroll them again using only Microsoft accounts.
