We have introduced a brand-new filter category called Incidents for creating dynamic device groups. You can now automatically pool devices based on specific incident statuses, counts, and severities.
To give you precise control, the supported filters in this new category include incident counts for:
- Unresolved incidents by source: App, Endpoint, Identity provider, Patch, User, and Critical unresolved incident counts.
- Unresolved incidents by severity: Critical, High, Medium, and Low severity unresolved incident counts.
- Overall incident statuses: Pending, Fixed, and False-positive incident counts.
Whether you need to track critical unresolved incidents, monitor app and patch incidents, or group devices by pending, fixed, or false-positive incident counts, this update allows you to instantly isolate and manage devices that require your attention.
